Well, I realize this is a little bit late for a posting about Christmas but better late than never. Let me just say I didn't do a good job of documenting our Christmas. Our camera is broken and you can only focus manually and it's really difficult to get a good, clear shot so I just opt for no picture taking most times. Anyway, here's the post.
I just love Christmas. We don't do many decorations around the house but the ones we do put out, I absolutely love.
I couldn't love our Christmas tree more. It has really fun ornaments on it too. Ellie Grace did really well with it overall. Only a few spankings had to be given. Later in the season we put a train going around the base and she loved that as did Josh and I. We are just big kids at heart.

Christmas Eve Josh and Ellie Grace went over to Nina's house to spend time with Josh's brother, Chris and his wife, Shamecca who live near Atlanta. I stayed home and got some rest because I was sick. They had a great time but there are no pictures. Ellie Grace got a really cool baby bed/ high chair/ sink for her baby dolls at Nina's house.
It has been our tradition for the past few years to spend the night with my parents on Christmas Eve along with my brother, his wife and their 3 girls. Since Ellie Grace and I were under the weather we opted out of the sleep over and just headed over Christmas morning. Here is Ellie Grace excited about going to see the fam.

We didn't get very good pictures of the present opening time. Ellie Grace was excited about all her presents and we managed to capture her excitement about her tent from Uncle Andy & BeeBee.
Speaking of BeeBee, she made this Christmas top for Ellie Grace. She is quite the seamstress.
This is a doll that Josh got for Ellie Grace. Josh named her Cheyenne because he wanted to name Ellie Grace Cheyenne but I didn't want to. I love this picture of Ellie Grace & Cheyenne.

This is kinda out of order but I want to document our activities. After Mia & Granddaddy's house on Christmas morning we went home to take a much needed nap. Then we headed to Nina's house to do gift opening with her, Whitney, Brent & Saylor. It was a fun time. I didn't get any pictures of Josh's side of the family during all of our Christmas events and I feel real bad about that. It is not because we don't love you, I'm just not good at getting the camera out amongst busyness. I'm gonna try to do better. :)
We had a great Christmas with all of our family. I'm so thankful to have most of them living so close to us.
