Our Week in Pic Pics

Just so you know, Ellie Grace calls pictures, pic pics, hence the title of this post.

Here's a few pic pics from our week:

Well, I'm blogging from my phone & can't figure out how to put captions under the pictures so I'll just explain them in a list.

1. JoJo with Saylor. She's such a beautiful baby.
2. Playing in soapy bubbles, a new favorite.
3. Styling & profiling while eating lunch. Funny side note; I find that when giving her a new food or something that she's not crazy about, if I associate with someone she knows she does better eating it. Soooo, with the fish sticks I tell her that her friends, Tamsie & Evie, from Mother's Day out eat fish sticks (which I saw on their blog) & it really seems to help. So I try to do that whenever I can, without lying to her, of course.

5. The next 2 pictures are from something called Grace Place at Bellevue on Wednesday mornings. We have gone twice & like it a lot.
6. Eating her new favorite chips & salsa lunchable at Abbay's after Grace Place.
7. Conked out in the car after Grace Place. Notice how her leg is really flexible.
8. Doing a new motor skill activity with an old grated parmesan container & qtips.
9. Having a picnic snack Thursday afternoon.

11. Rocking with daddy at Cracker Barrel Thursday night.
12. All the remaining pic pics are from our Good Friday trip to the children's museum. It was a fun time. We got there at 9:15 & it was so nice & uncrowded but that changed quickly. I need to call ahead before & go when there are no groups scheduled. It gets crazy in there.

Easter Egg Hunt 2013

We took Ellie Grace to an Easter egg hunt in Lakeland on March 16 along with our dear friends the Addisons. It was quite windy that day so pardon the messy hair.

During the actual egg hunt, Ellie Grace did not get one single egg due to the chaos. Thankfully an elderly gentleman gave us some eggs for her and we spread them around and let her have her own private egg hunt.

Then we went to our favorite park in Arlington and had a picnic.

Then we had an impromptu best friend photo shoot.
